On episode 12 we sit down with one of my favourite boss babes, the horse sale manager at Billings Livestock Commission, Jann Parker. Not only has Jann been a pivotal part of BLS since 1998, she has a long-time background in the rodeo world and she's a fierce competitor in the cutting pen. Cutting has always been a part of the Parker's lives in one way or another and today she shares how the NCHA Futurity Sale inspired their own program, and how she started out in the sport.
