It's hard to imagine now after The Dirt, the upcoming (sold out) stadium tour, the many, many well attended headlining tours, but in the middle of the 1990's, Motley Crue couldn't get arrested.

After Vince Neil's (contested) departure, John Corabi of The Scream took over as the vocalist and the band dropped their self titled album sans the oomlauts. There are many fans of a certain age who see this album as a lost gem, a hidden city if you will, in the canon of Motley Crue.

Duncan and Nik are ready to rip into it and see how it holds up. If you need more John Crabs Corabi action, check out Episode 54 of the Department of Metal Antiquities, where we dissected the next album Corabi would sing on.
