Mark Zuckerberg is starting to follow the footsteps of Elon musk when firing staff members. He is currently making sure that employees want to step down from the positions in order to fight the belief that a recession is near. However in this mentality he is finally showing how old employers view software engineers. Mark Zuckerberg has also stated that many of the employees that he has shouldn't be working at metal formally known as Facebook. Which is not going to bold well when thinking of all the other companies that he controls. Unfortunately the Elon musk mentality it's probably here to stay.
