1 Peter 1:3–5 (NKJV) Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 4 to an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and that does not fade away, reserved in heaven for you, 5 who are kept by the power of God through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

“It's not the law of religion nor the principles of morality that define our highways and pathways to God; only by the Grace of God are we led and drawn, to God. It is His grace that conquers a multitude of flaws and in that grace, there is only favor. Favor is not achieved; favor is received.”

A big part of the Hope of Christ is seen or exampled in the death burial and resurrection of Jesus. The power and hope of the resurrection has broad sweeping implications for mankind. First the hope of the resurrection is that our sins that have separated us from our heavenly Father are forgiven and that we experience salvation, which is a spiritual reconnecting with God in a relationship that is built on the confident hope that  what Jesus did by coming and walking out His life, His death burial and then resurrection by the power of the Spirit, breaths hope into our lives that we are at peace with, and have direct access to God.

Ephesians 2:4–5 (NKJV) But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, 5 even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved),

Romans 5:1 (NKJV) Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,

Today focus just on this aspect of the hope Christ brings. The hope of peace with and right relationship with God.
