Full Hour || In today’s final hour, Dom welcomes in Betsy DeVos, the 11th United States Secretary of Education, back onto the Dom Giordano Program to discuss the importance of defending Title IX after penning an op-ed for The New York Post, writing how new changes to Title IX would completely kill women’s sports. DeVos, a former competitive swimmer, wrote about the Biden administrations attempts to redefine ‘sex’ from it’s clear biological meaning, making it illegal for a school or state to prohibit biological men from competing with women. DeVos explains the unfairness of allowing biological males to compete, telling that the work done and progress made by Title IX proponents will be wiped away if this is enabled. In addition, DeVos offers her opinion on the administrations continued kicking of the can down the road on the issue of student loan debt, and tells why school choice is incredibly important to strengthening education nationwide.

Then, after DeVos, Giordano switches into a conversation centered around a new Delaware Valley Journal report on the new Delaware County health inspector. Linda Stein reports that newly hired Zachary Babel is a former employee of the Urban Sexuality Lab at Drexel University, studying important issues such as ‘carnality,’ and ‘bloody pleasure.’ Giordano takes umbrage with the report, asking how the experience would apply to a public health position, at a time when we dig ourselves out of a pandemic. Then, Pastor Bill Devlin rejoins the Dom Giordano Program to discuss and reflect upon his trip to Ukraine providing aid to front-line soldiers as they fight back against the Russian invasion. First, though, Devlin offers his thoughts on student loan forgiveness, talking about an Inquirer op-ed written by a minister discussing the lofty cost of ministry education, telling that he was able to pay his own way through school but thinks that some of his less-educated cohorts are the best pastors he knows. Then, Devlin takes us inside the Ukrainian conflict, taking listeners first hand to the front lines as the people of the country continue to fight for their freedom. (Photo by Getty Images)
