Rosica explains why parents had wanted to go down this path, and tells what the level of transparency will show moving forward. Also, Rosica addresses an argument made in the Inquirer that the school board members were elected by a Democratic process, telling the reasons why she believes the process in which she and the parents employed was both fair and reasonable.
