To lead off today’s final hour, Dom welcomes Lehigh County District Attorney Jim Martin back onto the Dom Giordano Program for an update on a situation centered on mail-in balloting in his County. Last time Martin joined, Giordano grilled Martin over his decision to not prosecute multiple alleged incidents of voters depositing more than 1 ballot into drop boxes in the recent election. Martin explains that, while the county will not prosecute the incidents caught on camera, he would like to make the law clear to voters, telling what he and his County will do in future elections to strengthen security. Among other ideas, Martin hopes to add plainclothes officers into polling places to ensure that people don’t submit multiple ballots.
