Liz Preate-Havey, head of the Montgomery County Republicans, rejoins the Dom Giordano Program to provide an update as MontCo officials investigate potential issues with voter security in the 2020 election to strengthen security in the next election. In a new video obtained by officials through a right-to-know request, a woman can be seen feeding several ballots into a ballot box used in last November’s election, further proving the lack of security presented through Act 77, which allowed for widespread mail-in voting. Preate-Havey learned that the woman was permitted to submit those ballots because of a ‘Designated Agent Form’ that is in accordance with Pennsylvania law, which allows a person to act as an agent on a voter’s behalf. Preate-Havey explains what this means for the general scope of election security, and tells what she hopes to do to strengthen the legitimacy of elections moving forward. (Photo by Getty Images)
