Dom Giordano spends the second hour of today’s show by discussing a new report which ranks states based on the best places to live. A poll from YouGov ranks all 50 states and Washington, D.C., from the best places to live to the worst, pitting states against one another in duals to determine the best and worst places to live. Giordano rattles off the top 10 best and worst, and discovers that New Jersey is one of the worst states to live, only surpassed by Mississippi and Alabama. Giordano wonders why some blue states, such as New York, are in the top 10 while New Jersey comes in near the bottom. Also, Giordano and Producer Dan discuss whether or not the list is correct with listeners, also revealing the differences in housing prices between states like New Jersey and another ‘worst place’ such as Mississippi.
