This week we meetup with Mr. Positivity, Roshan, who created and managed the podcast Temujin since he was a student. We spoke about self-employment, psychology & theatre, gaming and The Art of Storytelling. An experienced freelancer in the world of creatives, he had a wealth of knowledge and fantastic philosophies to share across the different topics we covered.

The ups and downs of being the most positive person in the room is certainly a challenge and one Roshan takes on effortlessly... from what it seems. His mindset is what differentiates him and that constant drive to do better at each new stage he encounters. 

He tells us about the inspiration, conceptualization of his podcast, how he developed it and made it a reality. Also how it lead to the team he has been working with and the company he recently formed to work on bigger projects.
