In 2012, we heard from Geoffrey Harris, one of several listeners who took a leap for PM. He explained that eight years previously he had been hit depression and panic attacks - leading him to retire early.

With help from his family, he had slowly made small steps forward and inspired by the PM project - Take a Leap on Leap Day - he set himself the challenge of catching the bus from his home town of Neath to Swansea - something which had previously brought on panic attacks.

Four years on, Geoffrey took a leap again this time getting the train to Cardiff. His aim was to visit his favourite record shop that he hadn't been able to get to in years.

He got to Cardiff, with some help of a stranger, but the journey to the record shop was beyond him.

The story would have ended there except the record shop contacted PM to invite Geoffrey to go along whenever he felt up to it.

Eddie went with him and his son Ian.
