“just get going because it will never be perfect. And if it is something you want to do answer the question for yourself if you can do it by doing it… Keep going, it’s not always easy, it’s difficult… In a traditional life everybody tells you to be a specialist, become really, really good at one thing. And if you are an entrepreneur you actually need to do the opposite you need to become at least competent… If you become C+ or B at a bunch of things that’s way, way more valuable. So, if you are a C+ or B person that can-do marketing and accounting, sales that’s way more important than if you are on A+ technical person and you can’t do any of the other things. Because you have got to keep all the plates spinning and you have to at least be confident that even if you are not strong in accounting when you meet somebody who is you will be able to evaluate them.
