HFE has been seen at hundreds of birthday parties, business & school events, fund-raisers, summer programs, libraries, festivals and parades. Happy Faces Entertainment provides great fun for all ages!

From school assemblies, fundraiser walks, Family FUNday Sunday at the Kansas City Royals to corporate parties and staff development, there is a show for everyone. KC Mystery Players joined the HFE family in 2017. After many years of helping you to "die laughing", KCMP continues with new shows and opportunities to "solve for fun".

How Did This All Happen

It started decades ago when Dennis put on his first (of many) shows in the living room of his parents' house. Then, the shows had refrigerator box sets, Mr. Microphone sound and table lamp lighting. Through years of school choir concerts, high school musicals, college theatre productions and a degree in Theatre and Business, life as an entertainer began. Dennis has worked with community, educational, church, amusement park and professional theaters around the country. He has performed professionally as a clown, actor, magician, storyteller, balloon artist, improv comedian, emcee, and instructor. Dennis has worked and taught in clown ministry, parades, storytelling, the circus, birthday parties, youth camps and anywhere else somebody needed some smiles. He has even raised thousands of dollars in a few minutes as a charity auctioneer. For over a decade, Dennis enjoyed leading events as DJ Dino with Radio Disney AM 1190. Dennis is a charter member of the Northland Clown Guild Alley 217, celebrating over 25 years! The sets are no longer made of cardboard, the sound does not need a radio tuned to a vacant station and the lights are more sophisticated (sorry to retire you, The Clapper).
