Episode 013: Michael Welp - a podcast by Dan Doty

Micheal Welp is an innovator and thought leader in the world of diversity.  He is also a father, outdoorsman, and long time member of the Sandpoint Men's Group.  

His book 4 Days to Change is available on Amazon and other retailers, and his recent TedX talk is titled "White Men: Time to Discover Your Cultural Blind Spots".

This episode hits drives home an issue that is hard for pretty much anyone to talk about.  Michael believes and shares that white men are equally responsible for diversity, and that white men are often unable to see their own cultural and interpersonal bias.  This is an important conversation and eye opening in many ways.
