The Oscar noms dropped on January 13, so it's Robert and Jason's first chance to run through the rather disappointing lists of names on the show.  After that, it's time to talk some new releases, specifically two movies that had generated low expectations before release, only for one to outperform considerably. The first is Robert Downey Jr.'s first post-Marvel role: a CGI-fueled family movie called DOLITTLE. The second is BAD BOYS FOR LIFE, a threequel to the Will Smith/Martin Lawrence buddy cop movies from the 90s and early 00s. Which one was a surprise success?
