They talk through the temporary happiness devices and games yield vs the long term impact of depression and anxiety that social media and technology brings.

She addresses the fear that kids will be left out when access to social media and popular games are limited and also gives practical strategies to use with your kids to help teach them how to use their devices wisely. Kelly reminds us that if we are not the guides to the online world for our kids, then their peers will be their guides instead.
