On this week's episode, Megan discusses Adaptive Leadership with Suzie Byers. Suzie Byers has served on the teaching teams of Ronald Heifetz, Hugh O'Doherty, and Tim O'Brien for MLD-201. After working in Emerging Markets at JP Morgan in New York, London, and Tokyo, Suzie decided to devote herself to teaching. With 19 years of experience as an educator, she has taught Spanish to every age group from toddlers to teens. After teaching English to students in Chile, she earned her Ed.M. at Harvard Graduate School of Education. Ever since, she has been teaching adults at Harvard Kennedy School. As a Facilitator at Harvard Graduate School of Education and as a Teaching Assistant (also known as Course Coach) at Harvard Kennedy School, she has engaged in countless discussions about capacity building for adaptive leadership learning and teaching. https://leadership.nationbuilder.com/suziebyers
