- 49ers’ C.J. Beathard – wrist injury, concerning, difficulty holding ball. GTD for Week 9 (TNF). Nick Mullens?
- Jaguars’ Blake Bortles – shoulder injury to non-throwing shoulder, has bye week to heal up. Week 10 status?
- Bills’ Derek Anderson – concussion. Expected to miss Week 9. Nathan Peterman gets to face the Bears.
- Bills’ Josh Allen – right elbow injury, UCL injury (same ligament as Tommy John surgery), PRP? RTP 2-4 w. 
- Dolphins’ Ryan Tannehill – shoulder injury, labral tear? Likely out Week 9. Concerning long-term, could miss ROS.
