Get to know your local rancher! Kevin Escobar is ours, and we had a really fun conversation with him & his lovely wife Sadena. E BAR CATTLE COMPANY was born from a Husband & Wife’s intention to honor their combined ranching heritage & rediscover what those who came before them knew about raising cattle. Their families, Escobar and Pearce, share a considerable & extensive history in the cattle industry in both Florida & Cuba that stretches back many generations. These early pioneers of the industry raised their cattle from birth to harvest on the rich native grasses of Florida & Cuba. I think they were on to something. In a world where things have gotten complicated, especially where our food is concerned; they seek to simplify what it means to bring quality grass-fed, pasture-raised beef to you all. Their mission is to honor their heritage, faith, land, and others through their Florida grass-fed beef—and beyond their amazing story—it is some of the best beef I’ve ever had.
