In this bonus episode produced for The Fertility Show I chatted to some of my upcoming guests on the "Let's Talk Fertility Stage"

Sarah Banks

Sarah is a Fertility Coach and mentor who works with patients and clinics to offer coaching and emotional support. She also works with Fertility Professionals to enhance their patient's experience by helping them create a strong emotional support service.

Sarah set up and runs two online Fertility support communities, regularly supporting over 700 patients, and hosts two local support groups to provide emotional support for those in need. Through her work with fertility clients, and her own personal IVF journey, she has a deep understanding of the impact to emotional and mental health that infertility causes, and the support that is needed.

Hortense Thorpe

Hortense is a social butterfly. By day she works as an Outsourcing Manager for a large Utilities company, but by night she has a passion for starting new projects and meeting people. As a result, she has been leading and coordinating several networks focusing on connecting and empowering people, whether this involves new technologies, fundraising for charities, diversity and inclusion, and most recently Fertility, she enters each new project with increased enthusiasm.

She was diagnosed with infertility in 2017 following years of health issues and failing to conceive, and since then, like an IVF Hobbit, she has taken on the fertility quest, bringing people together on her journey. She created The Centrica Fertility Group to support colleagues, raise awareness and increase the opportunities for families to grow.

Rosie Tadman

Rosie Tadman (DipCNM, BANT and CNHC Reg) is a Nutritional Therapist who studied at the prestigious College of Natural Medicine, in London. Rosie now has a home clinic in Chorlton, Manchester.

Rosie uses Modern Science + Traditional Wisdom to get women in hormonal flow and support couples to conceive. She supports underlying causes, rather than just suppressing symptoms.

Rosie works with women who:

Have a hormonal condition (PCOS, endometriosis, amenorrhea, PMS)

Would you like to support their body naturally in preparation for IVF, IUI or ICSI?

Would like to maximise egg and uterus quality to put your best foot-forward with their fertility

Would like or need to lose weight, whilst not depleting your body of key nutrients that are vital for a successful pregnancy

Rosie also supports Men in improving their sperm count, motility and morphology.

The sessions are as follows:

Come along to this session and get invaluable help and support from these incredible women.

Infertility in the Workplace

Ten years ago, even five years ago you may not have been able to or felt willing to share your fertility situation with colleagues and employers. We want to break down this barrier and encourage you to and give you the strength to talk about this in the workplace. Hortense and Aileen talk about their hopes for the future and our host Natalie will share how she managed her treatment whilst still hosting a breakfast radio show. The panel will be happy to take any questions you may have about your rights in the workplace when it comes to taking time off for appointments.

Hortense Thorpe - Outsource Manager & the creator of the Centrica Fertility Group

Aileen Feeny- Chief Executive, FNUK
