Jaymes Carter is vice president of buildings and building systems at Raleigh-Durham International Airport, where he leads RDU’s architecture and design efforts for terminals, parking facilities and other airport structures. A 25-year industry veteran, Carter’s work spans from state and higher education facilities to industrial, commercial and public/private projects.
