Our guest this episode is Chuck McFall, A.A.E., RDU’s senior vice president and chief information and strategy officer. McFall oversees all information technology services activities including planning, delivery, and operations of the airport’s information technology infrastructure and business systems. He also provides leadership and visioning for all strategic and business planning initiatives.


McFall has a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University, a M.A. in Applied Organizational Behavior from Tusculum College and an Executive Certificate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
