On Monday, four black NFL head coaches were fired (Vance Joseph, Marvin Lewis, Todd Bowles and Steve Wilks), making five dismissed on the season after Hue Jackson was ousted earlier this season. Only two black head coaches remain. The Undefeated’s Jason Reid joins for a robust discussion on whether this shift is coincidental, how the NFL could better support African-American coaches in the lower ranks to breed more longevity, and the one minority coach he believes gets hired this cycle.

Also, it’s Wild-Card Weekend, and Melissa shares her picks for Colts-Texans, Seahawks-Cowboys, Chargers-Ravens, and Eagles-Bears. She’s only confident in one pick and it involves a trip to Club Dub.

The Rundown:

5:05: Melissa on why GMs get so much more longevity than head coaches
