Ted Richards is an All Australian defender and Premiership player with the mighty Sydney Swans. He played 261 games for Sydney and Essendon Football Clubs where his career in the AFL began. This episode, we discuss the contrast between when he was 20 and at Essendon struggling to keep his spot in the team to when he was 30 and achieved a premiership medallion.
