This article explores the current AFL coaching landscape and that having played AFL is not a requirement to coach at the top level as demonstrated by the 24 current non AFL playing coaches, including senior AFL coach with Chris Fagan. During this conversation we chat about commonalities amongst these current 24 coaches and the pathways they took.
