The Front Row talks with USC women’s head coach Mick Haley about why he thinks indoor volleyball would be better with 8 substitutions, down from 15 in the college game and up from 6 in the international game.
Haley, who was the USA women’s national team coach at the 2000 Sydney Olympics and has won 3 NCAA championships (two at USC, one at the University of Texas), says the sport will go to a higher level and attract even more elite athletes with a change in the substitution rules.
