ASIC maker Innovium scoops up an additional $170 million in venture funding to drive production of its Teralynx switching silicon, Canadian SD-WAN provider Adaptive buys Elfiq Networks from Martello, and U.S. telecom carriers are shutting down older 2G and 3G networks.
