And in real estate news Fannie Mae’s Home Purchase Sentiment Index (HSPI) a composite index designed to track the housing market and consumer confidence to buy or sell a home fell 1.2 points in february. The percentage of HPSI respondents now believe mortgages will go up from 45 percent to 47 percent and they were correct for rates climbed above 3 percent for the first time since July still this is creating huge demand for housing in real estate, fewer listings and more sales and home sellers are getting their prices.
