This Pharmacy started because one of its owners was enclosed with the developmental disabled population and noticed that it needs a pharmacy to help people buy medicine. She saw people who go to hospitals without medicines. This pharmacy also offers delivery of the medicines for free. Additionally they hire persons with developmental disability to help them deliver the medicines. Through this the pharmacy could give back to the people whom they serve and because people with disabilities can’t also get a job easily. And one of the people Lisa met last year during the pandemic who also has a developmental disorder is now working with the Quality First Pharmacy. And one of the products they offer is the quality dose or the multi dose packaging where you don't need to take medicine individually because you already have it in one bubble pack making it more convenient for you.
