Lisa Toth with Tristy Fryer, training coordinator of First Title talks about their partnership with the Bridges Foundation to provide job opportunities for adults with disabilities. They help in training people with disabilities to learn office and computer skills to provide job opportunities to them. The bridges foundation which was founded 1964 by a group of parents who wanted better for their kids offer a lot of different programs such as vocational training, job workshops, etc. One of these many programs they offer is this community integrated employment which basically they form a crew and then work at different job sites. They are working things out to help these individuals with disabilities have a secure job and they are hoping to provide more job opportunities for them.
