Jessica Jones-Lasley, a professional athlete and an advocate of cycling tells us about the Tulsa Tough Week and the fun things about it. There will be 3 days of crit racing which is a smaller loop with a lot of corners and technical riding where cyclists will ride in groups like drafting. It is varying in minutes from 30 minutes of over an hour for the pros, and if you visit the Tulsa Tough website it is Friday, Saturday and Sunday races all day starting friday evening and culminating sunday with a cry baby hill. What makes Tulsa Tough unique is it is on the US pro crit series so there will be a lot of professional athletes. It is really a fun weekend to go and experience Tulsa in a fun and unique way. And this also attracts people to go around the country and experience how nice Tulsa is and they go back and will talk about how great experience they have and this will really benefit the Tulsa community specially on the housing side of it.
