In this episode we have our first official guest Troy Green.

Troy Green has an extensive background in the Air Force, Army National Guard and Air National Guard. After returning from Afghanistan he felt the need to give back to the military community. He found his cause in the Missouri Veterans Home in Cameron, MO. How? Well to ruck across Missouri starting in Hannibal, MO and ending in St. Joseph, MO. Since his first adventure he has created a following who do the event annual to give back to our retired veterans.

In addition to the Ruck between Rivers event he has also Spearheaded an BMX group called Purple Heart Racing-KC BMX. He started this group because of his love for BMX and also to bring more veterans into the sport of BMX Racing.
