Hi, friends! In episode 14, we talk about journaling. I go over my favourite journaling products/books and why I recommend regularly journaling and making it part of your routine.



Journaling is so cathartic. When you take on free-writing, you can be surprised at what comes out of the deepest parts of your mind! It's a great tool for self-reflection and clearing your mind.



Here are my favourite journals:



  • Press Pause by Axel and Ash (this is my FAVOURITE one, it has 52 weeks of 2 page spreads and other 2 page spreads in between with prompts, questions, writing/drawing space, motivational interviews, and more... and it is BEAUTIFUL. While it is on the pricier side, I feel like it is totally worth it, it has a fabric hard cover with a string closure and feels super luxurious!)

  • Eat Pretty, Live Well (this one is a food journal, it's great to help you track how you feel after eating different foods. I practice intuitive eating, mini-series on that soon, and I love to take days where I track the things I eat and see how I progress over time)

  • Practice You: A Journal (this one is super beautiful and full of pastel watercolour tones; it's great for someone who likes a bit of freedom in their journaling, more so than you'd find in the Press Pause, but not totally without guidance.)
