Hey Goal Digger, Kimberly here. Welcome back to another episode. We are going to talk about what to do if your team's not doing anything, you know what I'm talking about. So whether or not you've built a big team, have a small team, maybe have your first recruit that's not doing anything and you're scratching your head going, "what am I doing wrong?" So we just, my team and actually all the way up the chain, like I think it was one of my mentors, I know for sure it was his biggest month in the 20 years he's been in this industry. But our team had our biggest month and I was thinking a lot about that. Like why, what was the difference? And we also had, I think, 50 rank advancements and just a lot of wins.




Right? A lot of amazing things. I maxed out on one side of the comp plan, myself. So it was really great. And I was thinking about that, like, what was it?  You know, what was the difference? So this is what I will say to you. And this isn't exactly easy to hear sometimes, but it can allow you to get back in the driver's seat and take control.  So if you're feeling at a loss at this point, or you don't know what to do to get people going, this will help you. Okay. So first off you can't force people to do things.
