Hey, Goal Digger! Welcome back to another episode, Kimberly Olson here, and I'm excited to have you back and talk about something a little bit lighter than our last episode. If you didn't listen to it, Oh! It was a little heavy, but I really just, I have to follow my intuition when I feel like I need to talk about something. So make sure you go back and listen to what I think about what's going on in the world. Okay. So for this episode, we're going to talk about why it's not enough to just set a sales goal. And I appreciate everything you guys. So when it comes to setting a goal, this is why it's not enough to just set the goal. This is why New Year's resolutions don't work or you'll set the goal and then it's part way through the year and you're like, "yeah, that's not happening", right? If you actually listen to The Secret, which is a really good, there's an audio book, a book, there's a movie. I love it. Love it so much. It's changed my life, to be honest, The Secret. But the one piece that was kind of missing in The Secret is taking action. So it's not enough just to think about what you want.




You actually need to take action, but you also need to make sure that it's realistic and that there's a plan behind it. So one of the biggest red flags I see with students that come into our programs, or new team members that enroll on my team directly. So whenever someone decides to work with me or we talk through it and we think it's a good fit and they're working directly with me, I have them fill out a form so I know their goals.
