Hey, Goal Digger, Kimberly Olson here back for another episode of #getLIT, where we crush your business in less than 10 minutes. For today's episode, we're going to talk about the three leadership principles that every entrepreneur needs to implement for massive retention, massive results. And the key is, when you implement these three things, you're going to shift from this constant place of needing more people, recruit, recruit, recruit to being able to grow a team. And then obviously continue that recruiting, but you won't feel that pressure for it. It's going to kind of shift things. It's going to make everything you're doing more enjoyable because you'll create this culture where people feel like they want to be a part of it. And it's going to allow you to have a lot more fun in your business. Okay. So we've got three tips for you today for this training.



You absolutely need to get a mirror out ,and it's the hardest thing to do because it's so easy to point the finger, right? Because when we do that, we shift the blame off of ourselves, because of course we're not doing everything right? We want to blame someone, like that's completely normal. That's human nature, right? That's that preservation that we all have. So when you take ownership and Jack Canfield talks about this, taking 100% responsibility for our lives and the results that we're getting, it puts you back in the driver's seat. It gives you control. It's something that you can change and you can focus on. So what I would do is make sure every month you are getting new customers. You're getting new business builders. If you're a coach and you're trying to teach your clients to do something, are you doing it right? Maybe you're teaching your clients to go live or build a Facebook group, or get the word out about a course, or start a podcast.




Are you doing those things that you're teaching? Sometimes the very thing that we want people to do is the very thing that we need to do. Okay. So lead by example. I'm the top recruiter on my team.
