Hey, hey, Goal Digger, Kimberly Olson here back for another episode. So for this episode, we're going to talk about why affiliate style marketing works and how you can incorporate it. But first, a listener review, Kimberly knows her stuff! Kimberly is a dear friend of mine, poor lady, because I don't think a day goes by that I don't reach out to her to ask her questions about social media and marketing for my own multiple six-figure business. She's the queen. There's no one I trust more because she's a legit expert. Her podcast is loaded with value and she's so authentic, funny, inspiring, and uplifting. She's a boss. Cynthia. Thank you, Cynthia. You're so sweet. Right back at you, girlfriend. I don't think a day goes by that I don't send you a text, a voice memo.



So we are going to talk about affiliate marketing. And I need to tell you, this just lights my soul on fire. The reason why is that so many people, including you probably, put so much pressure on yourself to recruit, enroll, new business builders, or maybe you have a team and you're pretty good at recruiting. And you're just putting so much pressure on new people. The bottom line is that people are not great recruiters, you guys. The average person recruits two people in their career. Two! So if you're sitting here and spending so much time on training them on recruiting or encouraging them to find people. I'll never forget the first company I was with, my upline at the time, she's still a good friend, but I'd never done it before.




So she's like, "they're out there. You just need to keep sharing and keep getting out there. And they're out there, you know, you're going to find them, they're coming!" And it was always like this focus on it. And I wish that it would, I wouldn't have had that focus on it because if I would have just learned the basics I would have, which I have obviously, become a great recruiter.
