Hey Goal Digger. Welcome back for another episode of hashtag getLIT, where we crush your business in less than 10 minutes. My name is Kimberly Olson. And today I'm going to teach you how to create your weekly content. How do you develop that content? Choose what it is. To build a tribe, having a tribe, having an audience is the name of the game. If you don't have the results that you want in your business, whether it's team members, number of people in your Facebook group or sales and ultimately income that you want, it always stems to the number of people that you're talking to. So I'm going to teach you that and more in this episode of How to Create Your Tribe Through Your Weekly Content.

When it comes to developing your weekly content, whether it be Facebook lives or something else, it is so important to be able to spend the time to stop and ask yourself, "where is my tribe going to be? Where am I going to find them? And where are they going to find me?". So if you think about how do you develop a tribe, you have to think, okay, you're the leader of the tribe. And then you've got the people, right? How do we bridge that gap? How do we get you in front of your tribe to specifically find that tribe and pull them to you. The very best way to do that is with a weekly content strategy. Now, of course, I'm all about Facebook and Instagram and even TikTok YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. But when you're starting out, you want to master one at a time, okay?

Maybe it's a podcast. Maybe you're going to do blogging, but you have to master one at a time. If you try to do everything at once, you are going to be overwhelmed, you are not going to do anything effective. And you're going to scratch your head, wondering where your people are. Okay? So if you don't have enough people to talk to, if you don't have enough new customers, new team members, new coaching clients, it's because you don't have enough people in your funnel. You don't have enough people in your audience. When I look at my growth that I've had in my business, going from, you know, hitting my first six figures in 90 days to coming up to maybe a million dollars. I'll manifest it, I will be breaking a million dollars this year. There's a direct correlation between the growth of my audience. I have a big email list now.

I have a huge following across social media that's rapidly growing. That's going to get more people in front of my content. So when I do offer value based content like this, when I do have a paid offer, whether it's group coaching or them grabbing your course, there's way more people that are going to buy the course and get into the program because I have more people seeing my stuff.  Okay. So your weekly content, think of it as your signature platform, you get to choose what that platform is, but you're going to figure out what it is, the messaging, the consistency, the theme, and then you're going to get to work.  So homework number one is ask yourself, what do you enjoy the most? Do you like doing videos like I'm doing right now? Do you like to do podcasts?
