" 

In this episode, Julz speaks with vulnerability and transparency about her own daily battles as she overcomes past fears and traumatic experiences, and shares how she personally applies her principles so she can enjoy a fulfilling, healthy and powerfully purposeful life. Her story will both inspire and educate you on how to overcome your deepest hurts, especially when creative expression doesn't seem to be enough.
