Ladies and Gentlemen I give you: "The Prologue"!

The place - the launchpad - from which the story commences - the tone is set - and from whence all that follows - follows!

There is also now a brand new "The Good Listening To" Facebook Group too!

So here is the backstory about how the "What You Need is a Good Listening To" Podcast (then quickly shortened to the "Good Listening To" Podcast with me Chris Grimes) came about!

So called because "giving you a good listening to" is - after all - what Coaching is all about!

In the beginning, the podcast landscape consisted, to my knowledge, mostly of Louis Theroux and his fantastic podcast series, "Grounded", which he recorded during lockdown.

Then, on the First Day,  I drank slightly too much red wine and the "Good Listening To" podcast came into existence!

"A GLT with me CG!" (see what I'm doing there?!) is my new Podcast series with a strong storytelling imperative - and with the simple aim of inviting my guests to a space called "The Clearing", where we get to "shake their tree - hear their story - and amplify their brand": 

"Who are you - and what's the story that you tell?"

With some nice juicy storytelling archetypes and metaphors to also enjoy along the way: The Clearing itself - a Tree - a lovely storytelling exercise called "5-4-3-2-1" - some Alchemy - Some Gold - and a Cake with a cherry on top!

What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given? What is your favourite inspirational quote? When you are truly "in flow" and "at purpose" what is the Alchemy and the Gold that you like to bring?

So - welcome aboard!
