We've heard so much about COVID-19 over the past few months and in this webinar we'll hear what it's like to be struck down by the virus, by the BIGGA members and supporters who have survived it themselves.





The panel talk about their battle against the virus and how they see it changing our industry for years to come.

Les Howkins MG, course manager at The Richmond GC in Surrey and former BIGGA Chairman. 





Les has 30 years’ experience in the greenkeeping industry achieving his Master Greenkeeper Certificate in 2004.  He is a past Chairman of BIGGA, a regular presenter at Continue to Learn at BTME and the Future Turf Managers Initiative and has also re-joined the Surrey Section Committee as Chairman.






Jeremy Hughes, international business development manager for Symbio





Prior to joining Symbio in 2015, Jeremy was a greenkeeper, spending 27 years at Vale of Llangollen golf club – 20 years as Course Manager.  He is an avid supporter of BIGGA and served on both section and region Boards before completing a term as a director on the national board.





Jez also plays golf to a high standard representing his club, county and North Wales. 

 


Phil Collinson, is North West Technical Sales Manager for ICL





Phil has 17 years of experience working in the turf industry, initially spending almost 10 years at Rochdale AFC as Head Groundsman. He has been in his role with ICL for just over 5 years now where he has gained both BASIS and FACTS qualifications. His day-to-day duties include advising on ICL products to both distributors and end users as well as being involved in research trials whenever the opportunity arises.
