61. LEARNING TO HOLISTICALLY LOVE YOURSELF AND BANISH ANXIETY W/ STEVIE WRIGHT - a podcast by Isabella Silverio
from 2020-01-13T11:00
On this special episode of the Guava Girl Podcast, we are joined by Stevie Wright, a self-love coach who helps women heal their anxiety through holistic programming.
Experiencing occasional anxiety is a normal part of our lives since it is our body’s natural response to stress. Therefore, you have probably become anxious about something at some point in your life, as much as the next person. In my case, I probably had more anxiety attacks in the last week alone.
This is an episode that has been a long time coming and I am excited to finally have Stevie on the show. Stay tuned as she provides the best advice to do a better job at caring for yourself as well as a closer look on her therapy practices.
If you are interested in practical solutions to healing the ever lingering negative self dialogue that we have and facing the pressures that the outside world bestow on us, you are in for a treat!
Hope you enjoy the episode!
