DonorBasis LLC is a firm he founded to help non-profit organizations working in the US and abroad to achieve greater good through improved fundraising, strategy, planning, executive management, and board development. In the summer of 2014, the Foundation Board asked Tom to lead their strategic planning efforts to create a larger, more professional, and sustainable LVMPD Foundation, and in January of 2015, Tom began to serve as the first Executive Director of the Foundation and to lead the implementation of the strategic plan.
