Today’s guest served in the US Army for 6 years and was a Police Officer for over 25 years where he spent the bulk of his time in SWAT.  While in SWAT he held many positions including instructor and team leader. In 2006 he started his training company Tap-Rack Tactical which became his full time job when he retired from law enforcement in  2018; please welcome Bill Blowers to the show.
