Despite abundant evidence that she used her gun lawfully to save the life of the officer, she was still sued by the family of the deceased. After her victory in court, Guy helped write and pass a new law that will protect those who use firearms legally from frivolous lawsuits after the fact. In the second hour, Guy talks about talks about making Broad Ripple a "Gun Free Zone" and how Broad Ripple quickly back tracked their plans.
