Trauma and joy go hand in hand to create who I am as an author, mother, and Overcomer. I believe in the power of storytelling to break generational trauma cycles, and am thankful to those who helped me by sharing their stories. Joy is my favorite way to build resiliency, especially in the face of CPTSD and medical trauma. Empowering women to trust their inner voice is a passion.
