Currently he is coaching the first team at Edinburgh City Korfball Club, but has previously been involved with his hometown side Croydon KC, as well as the University of Edinburgh sides. As a player Dan has captained the Scotland national team. In this interview we chat about how to prepare a team, change a system and develop a positive culture.
