Hockey Player Profiles is the thirteenth season of the Half Court Press Podcast. In this series Tao MacLeod chats to players from the sport of hockey about their careers, lives and experiences. In episode one, we hear from Scotland international goalkeeper, Jess Buchanan.  

Nineteen year old Jess Buchanan is the Under 21 team goalie for her country, but she has also been capped for the senior side. She has won gold medals at youth European level, as well as having played continental hockey for her former club Clydesdale Western. Now, she plays in Spain, for the Catalan based team Atlètic Terrassa Hockey Club.
