Colby gives us a review on his last fight, where he hopes to go in the UFC, and officially calls out CM Punk. Mike "Biggie" Rhodes lets us know that he is going to surprise everybody when he faces Erick Silva at the UFC Fight Night coming up on December 20th. 

We also get a fighter's perspective on the Reebok deal from Colby and Mike, breakdown the fights from UFC 181, and preview UFC Fight Night: Dos Santos vs Miocic. As a special bonus I talk with Team Alpha Male's Lance Palmer about his fight with Rick Glenn coming up at WSOF 16 this weekend.
