This weeks brilliant guest is a guy called Laurence McJannet. This guy is really cool. He is an adventurr bike rider, mountain biker and 'bikepacker', and also the author of a great book called Bikepacking.

In this episode we chat about all things bikepacking, wildcamping and adventure bike riding. We look at the kit needed for either a days ride or for a mini adventure. We also delve into the places you can go and the legislation that goes hand in hand with where you can or can't go.
